FOUNDERAt the heart of Weera Trading FZE is Chef Weerasinghe W.G.D, a seasoned culinary expert with over 15 years of international experience in the food and hospitality industry. From working in top restaurants across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and even the U.S. Embassy zone in Baghdad, Chef Weerasinghe brings a rich blend of Asian, Italian, Japanese, and American cuisine to every dish we deliver.
Having held senior chef positions in renowned establishments like PF Chang’s (Alshaya Group – Dubai) and Camacho Restaurant & Sushi Bar (Abu Dhabi), he has mastered the art of healthy, flavorful cooking that caters to diverse tastes and dietary needs. His hands-on experience in menu planning, food safety, and quality control is what makes Weera’s food not just tasty—but also trustworthy.
Now based in Dubai, Chef Weerasinghe leads the operations at Weera Trading FZE, ensuring that every meal delivered is crafted with care, hygiene, and a passion for quality. His dream is to bring affordable, healthy, and authentic food to every home and office in the UAE.
